HEAD Talk

Take an in-depth look into the helpful ways to care for someone living with dementia. This talk will include how to identify symptoms of depression for those you care for and also within yourself.  Learn valuable tools to support

Our guest speaker will be Burnadet DeJonge. She is currently working toward her PhD in Counseling. She teaches at the human services department at Western Washington University. In the past she has worked over 11 years within the home and community services at DSHS. Bernadet has experience both personally and professionally as a caregiver.

Our HEAD TALK educational seminars are always FREE and open to the public and an RSVP is not necessary.

Following the talk the floor will be opened for a Q & A session.
