HEAD Talk

April 30 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm PDT

April 30,2018

The rules change when the one who is navigating the environment has dementia. Learn to create a safe space by protecting medication and clearing pathways.  Help make sure your loved one is safe in the community by learning how to make identification easily accessible to others.

Carli Barrios is a Speech Language Pathologist and owner of Catalyst Therapies in Bellingham. She is a graduate of Western Washington University that fell in love with Bellingham and couldn’t leave. She began her career in brain injury rehabilitation and continued on to work in a variety of settings including home health care.

She found a passion for working with elderly and those with dementia. It became a more personal passion when her grandfather was diagnosed.
